How Free Agency Helps Answer the Problem of Evil (Video)

In this brief excerpt from J. Warner Wallace’s talk on the Problem of Evil (taken from his best-selling book, God’s Crime Scene), J. Warner discusses one of seven reasons why an all-powerful, all-loving God might still allow an act of evil to occur. If God is loving, wouldn’t He create a world in which love is possible? And wouldn’t such a world require free agency? What role does free agency play in explaining the presence of evil?

This book employs a simple crime scene strategy to investigate eight pieces of evidence in the universe to determine the most reasonable explanation. The book is accompanied by an eight-session God’s Crime Scene DVD Set (and Participant’s Guide) to help individuals or small groups examine the evidence and make the case.
