The universe looks like a carefully tuned “crime scene,” and in this video we investigate whether the remarkable fine-tuning of the cosmos is better explained by accident, necessity, or a divine Designer. Using a real homicide case as a template, we walk through the foundational, regional, and locational “layers” of evidence: from finely balanced forces at the atomic level, to the structure and position of our galaxy and sun, all the way down to the razor-thin habitable conditions of planet Earth. Along the way, we examine the staggering odds against these constants and conditions falling into place by chance and ask what the most reasonable inference really is.
