To many casual readers of the Bible, the Old Testament God seems much harsher and more aggressive than the character of God as revealed through Jesus in the New Testament. Are these two versions of God incompatible? Is the God of the Old Testament irreconcilably different than the God of the New Testament? Detective Jimmy Wallace (J. Warner’s son) tackles these questions as part of his Incarnate Investigation Video Series.

This book teaches readers ten principles of cold-case investigations and applies these strategies to investigate the claims of the gospel authors. The book is accompanied by an eight-session Cold-Case Christianity DVD Set (and Participant’s Guide) to help individuals or small groups examine the evidence and make the case.
Jimmy Wallace is a detective who holds a BA in Psychology (from UCLA) and an MA in Theology - Applied Apologetics (from Colorado Christian University).

YHWH (Yahweh) is the Almighty Sovereign “God” revealed in the Hebrew Bible; His name YHWH means “He-Is.” He has existed from all eternity past along with all that He has Created, including His created heavenly host, the celestial beings (aka angels). His existence had no beginning and has no ending. He has no equal either in the Heavens, in the vast and endless Universe, or on any of the habitable Planets, (Isaiah 42:5). The Creator does not share His power or glory with any other entities or with His Creation. Yahweh alone possesses omnipotence, not Yahshua (Jesus) and not any one of His created beings, (Isaiah 42:8). There is no such entity as a “New Testament God.” Just ask the prophet “Jesus” who we are to pray to, and why.
