Many people hear the claims of the New Testament, yet reject them initially for a variety of reasons. What was YOUR biggest obstacle in accepting the Gospels as a reliable source of information about the 1st Century? J. Warner Wallace joins Kurt Jaros on the Veracity Hill Podcast to discuss these questions.

For more information about the impact Jesus and His followers had on science, read Person of Interest: Why Jesus Still Matters in a World That Rejects the Bible. This unique and innovative book makes a case for the historicity and Deity of Jesus from history alone, without relying on the New Testament manuscripts. It contains over 400 illustrations and is accompanied by a ten-session Person of Interest DVD Set (and Investigator’s Guide) to help individuals or small groups examine the evidence and make the case.

    My deal breaker…
I think initially it was that I liked my sin.
After I came to the point where I didn’t like my sin any more, it was a matter of not actually knowing if God was for real if Jesus was real, or the whole thing was just another pile of religious bs.

I needed to know God and Jesus were real.
That took me going beyond what others were saying, and asking God himself.

Once they made themselves known to me as real and knowable, it was a matter of me praying, and turning to Jesus, and believing him.
