Does biblical authority still matter? Given all the changes in culture and human thought, why should anyone still trust what the ancient Bible has to say? Can we still stand with confidence on the Word of God? In this interview, J. Warner talks with Dave Jenkins from Servants of Grace about his new book, The Word Matters: Defending Biblical Authority Against the Spirit of the Age.

For more information about the impact Jesus and His followers had on history, read Person of Interest: Why Jesus Still Matters in a World That Rejects the Bible. This unique and innovative book makes a case for the historicity and Deity of Jesus from history alone, without relying on the New Testament manuscripts. It contains over 400 illustrations and is accompanied by a ten-session Person of Interest DVD Set (and Investigator’s Guide) to help individuals or small groups examine the evidence and make the case.

Thank you for your ministry, our family has all your materials and it has enriched our lives to further the truth about our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Couple of questions: I have subscribed to Dave Jenkins channel and have noticed hardly any growth or likes to his ministry/podcasts…how can we get his numbers up, other than word of mouth?
Second question, have you checked out Dr. David Clarke?
He has been invaluable to helping our family in marriage, relationships, loving ourselves and neighbors,as commanded in Mk. 12:31. No nonsense, no marshmallow counseling like so many in the Christian community.
I prefer in the face truth, not cotton covered truth…Dr. Clarke has been featured on Focus on the Family, if this helps, in terms of reliability.
Thank you again for all that you do to advance the Gospel through knowledge, truth, and grace.
